Our company has an academician workstation ,  an engineering technology center, and more than 50 technicians.15 have senior professional titles and 55 intermediate professional titles in the technology center, including 10 doctors and 20 masters. 

      Since its establishment, the center has developed 12 projects, wherein 6 projects including H-beam assembling machines, CNC cutting machines for intersecting curve, WR adjustable turning roll and butt welding and correcting integrated machines have finalized the production, all products have passed technical inspection and approval and been put into batch production, and partial products have applied patents or formed technical knowhow; large intelligent automatic adjustment arc spraying equipment and complete equipment jointly developed by our company and Beijing University of Technology have put into small scale production, and 5 projects including intelligent leveling machine and automatic positioner are developing now.
