        Pipe Positioner has a swing tilting angle of 45 degree and an assisting pressure column for pipe clampiong. A positioner is used for pipe spool fabrication with height eccentric loads. The wheels center to center distance adjustment by manual . The wheels rolling speed may be agjust by VFD.
