Longitudinal Seam Rotary Welding Positioner / Weld Manipulator

Brief introduction:

• Purpose: Used to handle welding machine automatically complete certain welding job with constant & stable welding speed;

Seam welding column boom feature:  

• Automatic welding column boom can be adopted with various welding power (Chinese or international famous brand) .
• Stretching of cross boom adapts AC frequency converter stepless speed control and run with steady speed ..
• Head equipped with electric cross slides, can adjust position of welding .
• Chain break-resistant and anti-slip device in boom to guarantee safety. .
• Braking device can ensure column work in safe environment.
• Customized manipulator requirements are accepted.
• Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and  chair ( Optional ).

Description of seam welding column boom:

• Welding column boom structure including stationary type, the stationary and rotating type, and the all orientation type.
• The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control, and also you can select PLC programming controller, which is good in mechanic precise, is accurate in positioning.
• We are able to design and manufacture special manipulators for our customers.
•  The welding column boom can be used together with welding rotator or welding positioner.
• It is widely used in industries as boiler, pressure vessel, petro-chemical machinery for welding of inner and outer longitudinal seams and circumferential seams.
