Machinery Press Pipe Rotator(MPR Series)
Pipe rotator is specially designed and manufactured for welding pipe and flange plate. It is mainly for welding round seam. CO2 gas-shield welding or Submerged arc welding.
This type machine can enhancing productivity, increasing the extent of automatic, reducing worker’s working intensity and adapting to piping workshop prefabrication.
The welding head will be relatively fixed, while the piping spool piece revolving at a specific rate, and the high efficient and low cost shielded welding or SAW process is adopted. It has the features of easy-operation, reliable-performance and wide-application field.
The press head may up/down by motor control .The max rolling diameter is very important .We will confirm the rotator height according to the pipe Max diameter.
