These welding center are composed of four parts : Welding Manipulator , Welding Positioner , Welding Rotator and Welding Power.

Customer use this machine mainly for welding oil cylinder . The cylinder's length more than 2000 mm, so we must support the cylinder by up/down idler rotator .The flux recovery system was fixed at the end of the manipulator boom , the welding head and control box were fixed in the front of the boom. According to the customer's requirement, we use ESAB welding power .
